The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, New Orleans District, intends to issue an Invitation for Bids (IFB) for cutterhead dredging within the Atchafalaya Basin, Gulf Intracoastal Waterway (GIWW), and other areas within the New Orleans District. The work consists of furnishing one fully crewed and equipped hydraulic pipeline cutterhead dredge for the removal and satisfactory disposal of shoal material within various dredging regions. The magnitude of construction is between $10,000,000 and $25,000,000. • The procurement will be conducted using full and open competition. • The HUBZone price evaluation preference will apply in accordance with FAR 19.1307. • The applicable Product Service Code (PSC) is Y1KF, Construction of Dredging Facilities. • The resulting contract will be Firm-Fixed-Price.
