The City of Charlotte’s Risk Management office is seeking a qualified third‑party administrator to handle property and casualty claims for the City, Mecklenburg County, Medic, and Charlotte‑Mecklenburg Schools. The vendor will conduct field investigations, maintain claim files, coordinate litigated claims, pursue sub‑rogation opportunities, provide loss mitigation services, and establish initial reserves.
