Sole Source / Boresight

The Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane has a requirement for a quantity of ninety-six (96), 30mm Sight Alignment Tool Kit Bullseye Reticle (Boresight), Part Number 3-1000BR. The proposed contract action is for the supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source, Torrent Photonics. The contract is being issued pursuant to the procedures at FAR 12. Key aspects of the job include: * Providing 96 units of the 30mm Sight Alignment Tool Kit Bullseye Reticle (Boresight) * Part Number: 3-1000BR * Sole source contract with Torrent Photonics * Acceleration and partial deliveries are acceptable at no additional cost to the Government
