BRUSH CREEK TRAIL FROM HAMPTON TO NW 76TH STREET

Platte County, Missouri is seeking a qualified consulting engineering firm to provide professional design and limited construction‑administration services for the Brush Creek Trail extension (approximately 2 mi) between Hampton Road and NW 76th Street. The consultant will develop conceptual through construction‑ready drawings, conduct hydrologic and hydraulic analyses, design three pedestrian‑bridge structures, prepare FEMA “No‑Rise” compliance documentation, and support permitting, utility coordination, and shop‑drawing review. The effort includes project management, data collection, surveying, geotechnical coordination, cost estimating, and preparation of a full PS&E package for the bridge components. Submissions consist of a Letter of Interest (≤ 6 pages) and a Statement of Qualifications (≤ 10 pages).
