The Virginia Department of Juvenile Justice is seeking a contractor to perform Internal Controls, Agency Risk Management and Internal Control Standards (ARMICS) services. This effort will support the department’s internal audit and risk mitigation functions, ensuring compliance with applicable statutes and policies. • Conduct comprehensive internal controls assessments for the DJJ’s operations. • Develop and implement agency‑wide risk management frameworks. • Establish, document, and maintain internal control standards aligned with state and federal guidelines. • Provide training and guidance to DJJ staff on risk mitigation practices. • Deliver periodic reports and recommendations to senior agency leadership.
