The Orlando VA HealthCare System (OVAHCS) is seeking a contractor to provide High Definition (HD) Digital Television and Dedicated Internet Access Service (DIAS) for multiple VA facilities. The contract is for a short-term period of 2 months to avoid any interruption with current services. The contractor will be responsible for providing television viewing to in-patient rooms, out-patient clinics, waiting areas, and internet access at VA facilities. The contractor will also be responsible for installing and maintaining the equipment, providing 24/7 network operations, and resolving any outages or service interruptions. • The contractor must provide a full report to the Liaison officer before proceeding to the deployment of equipment. • The contractor must provide manuals and drawings to the Liaison officer for distribution throughout the medical center. • The contractor must set up site equipment to ensure signal strength. • The contractor must install the equipment, align and test it. • The contractor must complete the testing and validation of cables. • The contractor must provide an inventory and recording of system components during the contract period at no additional cost to the Government.
