The Department of Corrections, Division of Administrative Services, is soliciting bids to establish a multi-year contract for the purchase of law enforcement-grade rifles and related accessories for the Alaska Department of Corrections facilities statewide. The contract will be for a firm fixed price, with the option to renew for up to three additional one-year terms. The State makes no guarantee of a minimum purchase and will order on an as-needed basis throughout the contract term. • The contractor must provide law enforcement-grade rifles and accessories that meet the specifications outlined in the ITB document. • The contractor must deliver the products to various Department of Corrections facilities statewide. • The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to employment, taxes, and environmental protection. • The contractor must provide a firm, unqualified, and unconditional offer to meet all the material terms of the ITB.
