Micro Market Equipment - Qualified Vendors List (QVL)

The Missouri Department of Social Services is seeking qualified vendors to provide Micro Market Equipment and related services. The contract will be for a period of one year, with four optional renewal periods of one year each. The vendor will be required to provide equipment and services that meet the requirements stated in the Invitation for Bid (IFB). The Department reserves the right to purchase equipment and services from alternative sources if deemed to be in the best interest of the Department. Key responsibilities of the vendor will include: • Providing Micro Market Equipment and related services • Coordinating all contract activities with designated representatives of the Department • Attending and participating in orientation, planning, and other meetings with the Department as required • Collaborating with other agencies, resources, and individuals as requested by the Department • Providing technical support and warranty services for the equipment and services provided.
