Route 130 & Florence-Columbus Road/Delaware Avenue (C.R. 656) - Preliminary Engineering Services

The County of Burlington is seeking qualified engineering firms to provide preliminary engineering services for the Route 130 and Florence‑Columbus Road/Delaware Avenue corridor (County Route 656). The scope includes data collection, feasibility analysis, conceptual design, environmental screening, cost estimating, and preparation of preliminary plans and specifications to support future design‑build or construction phases. Proposers must submit electronic proposals by the October 29, 2026 deadline and may attend an optional pre‑proposal conference on September 30, 2026. • Deliver preliminary engineering studies and reports for the identified roadway improvements. • Perform traffic, geometric, and environmental analyses. • Develop conceptual design alternatives and cost estimates. • Produce preliminary plans, specifications, and supporting documentation. • Coordinate with County staff and comply with NJ statutes and regulations. • Submit all required forms and electronic documents through the County’s e‑procurement portal.
