Forsyth County, GA is seeking qualified consulting firms to enter into one or more Master Agreements to provide on‑call transportation engineering and design services for a variety of capital‑improvement projects (roadways, intersections, roundabouts, sidewalks, trails, bridges, traffic signals, drainage, utility coordination, environmental review, etc.). The agreements will be non‑exclusive, run from execution through December 31 2031, and task orders will be issued on an as‑needed basis using hourly, lump‑sum or other approved compensation methods. Firms must hold current GDOT pre‑qualifications (Area Classes 3.02 and 3.13) and demonstrate capability across a wide range of engineering, surveying, traffic, structural, landscape, and public‑involvement disciplines. Proposals are due electronically by 2:00 p.m. ET on October 29 2026; questions must be submitted by October 22 2026. The County may award multiple master agreements but does not guarantee any minimum volume of work.

• Contract: Master Agreement(s) up to Dec 31 2031; task orders issued as needed.
• Qualification: GDOT Area Class 3.02 & 3.13 pre‑qualification; pass/fail minimums; detailed staff resumes required.
• Submission: electronic via EUNA portal; 20‑page technical narrative plus required forms; fee schedule uploaded separately.
• Evaluation: pass/fail criteria then weighted scoring (100 points total).
• No guaranteed workload; multiple firms may be selected.
