The Missouri Army National Guard intends to award a single-award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for Marketing Services on a sole source basis to Hoot Design Co. LLC. This requirement provides marketing and advertising services in support of the Missouri Army National Guard's Recruiting and Retention Battalion (RRBN) and is essential to maintain continuity of creative development, production, and deployment of critical marketing activities to achieve its annual recruitment mission. • The planned IDIQ includes a three-year ordering period, with an anticipated ceiling amount of $500,000. • All work shall be performed in strict accordance with the Performance Work Statement and shall be subject to the terms and conditions of the IDIQ contract. • The incumbent contractor developed the foundational recruitment marketing research and brand strategy documents under the existing task order. • Continuity of marketing operations is essential to achieving the RRBN's recruitment mission.
