Campus Fertilizer & Weed Control Services

Laramie County Community College is seeking bids from qualified contractors to provide Campus Fertilizer and Weed Control Services for its Cheyenne, WY campus. The contract is expected to be awarded for a period of up to three years, with the option to renew for two additional years. The contractor will be responsible for providing supervision, licensed technicians, and administrative assistance to complete the fertilizer and weed control services. The scope of work includes providing fertilizer applications four times per calendar year and weed control applications in May of each calendar year. The contractor must comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations, and provide proof of insurance. • The contractor must provide pricing for fertilizer application services, weed control application services, and combined fertilizer and weed control services. • The contractor must provide references and certify that they have not been convicted of certain offenses. • The contractor must comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. • The contractor must provide proof of insurance and indemnify LCCC against any claims or damages.
