The U.S. Army is seeking opportunities for research, development, and engineering support for various C5ISR (Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance) projects. The projects include development of autonomous navigation and targeting systems, electronic warfare survivability, and cyber protection. The opportunities are for various divisions within the U.S. Army, including the C5ISR Center and the Army Futures Command.
