Broad Agency Announcement DEVCOM C5ISR RTI Amendment 007

The U.S. Army Contracting Command (ACC) – APG is seeking innovative science and technology (S&T) proposals to address the technical portfolio areas of the RTI Directorate, including Soldier & Platform Mission Equipment, Spectrum Dominance, Intelligence, & Survivability, and Electro-Optic Infrared (EOIR) Sensors, Modeling, Processing, and Power. The BAA is a hybrid approach, combining elements of an open, two-step process with calls for white papers. The Government encourages U.S.-based industry, educational institutions, small businesses, and minority business enterprises to submit white papers. Key areas of interest include: * Soldier & Platform Mission Equipment * Spectrum Dominance, Intelligence, & Survivability * Electro-Optic Infrared (EOIR) Sensors, Modeling, Processing, and Power The scope of work includes research and development (R&D) innovations to develop and integrate command, control, communications, computers, cyber, intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance technologies. The RTI Directorate provides the U.S. Army with secure communications and networking technologies through R&D innovations.
