22 LRS - Projection and Audio Upgrade

The US Air Force is seeking a contractor to upgrade the projector and audio equipment in the Heritage Room at McConnell AFB. The contractor will be responsible for furnishing and installing an audiovisual system, sound support, and providing initial set-up and training. The project requires a clear understanding of the Statement of Work and a technically sound approach that meets all requirements. The contractor must also provide a comprehensive training plan for military personnel of varying technical skill levels. • The contractor must have experience with audio/visual system design, installation, and integration projects, particularly those involving government facilities or similar institutional venues. • The contractor must provide a detailed technical approach, including system integration, installation timeline, and user training plan. • The contractor must submit a complete price quotation, including all line items properly priced with clear separation between different components. • The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and provide all necessary certifications and representations.
