Description
The State of Minnesota Department of Natural Resources is seeking bids for lodging in the Duluth area for up to 50 attendees from August 24-27, 2026. The successful bidder will be required to provide single occupancy lodging within 5 miles of 525 S Lake Ave, Duluth, MN 55802. The contract term is anticipated to be from June 5, 2026, to September 30, 2026.
• The bidder must submit a completed Exhibit D Price Schedule as part of their response.
• The bidder must provide samples of any transaction documents proposed for use under the resulting contract.
• The State reserves the right to inspect the facility prior to award and may reject a bidder for issues including odors, damaged furniture, or unsanitary conditions.
