Description
The Office of State Procurement (OSP) has published a Request for Proposal (RFP) for DBE Supportive Services for Regions A and B for LADOTD. The RFP is available on the Louisiana eProcurement Solutions by Ariba (LESA) website. The scope of work includes providing supportive services to Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs) in Regions A and B for the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (LADOTD).
• The RFP is available on the LESA website and can be accessed by navigating to the RFP website and clicking Respond to Posting.
• Suppliers must login with their Ariba Network Username and Password to view the RFP.
• Suppliers can self-register for free on the LESA website.
• The RFP was issued on 12/19/2025 and bids will be opened on 02/04/2026.
