The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is seeking sources for initial pilot qualification training for the BELL HELICOPTER 412EPX. The training is intended for Flight Standards Operations Inspectors employed by the FAA. Interested vendors are required to provide a capability statement, including information about the type of training provided, previous contracts, and their approach to accomplishing the work. The FAA may decide to conduct a full and open competition or set aside all or part of the procurement for small businesses or eligible socially and economically disadvantaged businesses. * The FAA is looking for commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) training solutions. * The training should be in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). * Interested vendors should provide their strategy for accomplishing the work. * The FAA may consider past performance and experience in the evaluation process.
