Intent to Single Source - Specialized Helicopter Flight Training Services for Bell 407 and Bell 206L-4 Aircraft

The City of Tampa Police Department’s Aviation Unit is seeking a single‑source vendor to provide specialized helicopter flight training for its Bell 407 and Bell 206L‑4 fleet. The contract will cover annual recurrent training, emergency‑procedure drills (autorotations, hydraulic failures, FADEC malfunctions, NVG operations, etc.), and public‑safety specific training such as Bambi Bucket fire‑suppression and AirTEP (human external cargo) operations.
