The U.S. Government Publishing Office is soliciting bids for the production of 65,206 shrink-wrapped sets of the VITA/TCE Volunteer Resource Guide. Each set consists of a loose-leaf book, an O-Ring, and a piece of chipboard or equal. The guide has 404 text pages, 19 tab dividers, and a two-piece cover. The trim size for the covers and text is 8-1/2 x 11 inches, and the tabs have a 1/2-inch lip.
