Direct Supply of Natural Gas-DLA Energy Natural Gas Program 7.1 Northeast Region SPE604-26-R-0403

The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Energy is seeking proposals for the direct supply of natural gas to various Department of Defense (DoD) and federal civilian installations in the Northeast Region. The contract will be for a 24-month period, with a possible 6-month extension. The contractor will be responsible for furnishing all labor, material, tools, equipment, and incidentals to supply and deliver direct supply natural gas. The contractor will also act as the nominating and balancing agent on behalf of the Government customers with local distribution companies (LDCs) and pipelines. Some key points to consider: • The contractor must have experience providing supply and transportation of natural gas to retail customers served by an LDC within the state for which it is interested in proposing. • The contractor must be authorized to conduct business on proposed LDCs. • The contractor will be evaluated based on technical compliance, past performance, and price. • The contract will be awarded on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis.
