Pneumatic Tube System

The City of Farmington is seeking quotes for the purchase, delivery, and installation of a new pneumatic tube system for the Farmington Electric Utility Customer Service. The system should be designed to improve efficiency, reliability, and speed of payment for smaller transactions. The supplier will be responsible for removing and disposing of the existing system, installing a new system, modifying drawers to accommodate the new system, providing an audio intercom system, testing the new system, and providing training to FEUS staff. • The system should be installed at the Municipal Operations Center, FEUS Customer Service, 101 N Browning Parkway, Farmington, NM 87401. • The supplier must perform the services in a timely, professional, and safe manner. • The supplier must maintain all safety standards requirements while on COF property. • The supplier must have proper identification listing the company name, employee name, and/or other pertinent information necessary for identification by FEUS employees, customers, and the general public. • The supplier must work with minimal disturbance to daily business operations. • The supplier must immediately contact FEUS of any work area problems. • The supplier must provide a warranty for 1-year parts and labor.
