Generac, Kohler, Caterpillar, Gen#1, Gen#2 and Cummins generator repair, servicing and maintenance

The State of Wyoming is seeking bids for the repair, servicing, and maintenance of generators from various manufacturers, including Generac, Kohler, Caterpillar, Gen#1, Gen#2, and Cummins. The successful bidder will be required to perform the work in accordance with the highest standards of professional workmanship. The bid must be submitted through the public purchase online bidding system, and the State reserves the right to reject any or all bids. • The bidder must have the ability and expertise to perform the contract if awarded. • The bidder must agree to and execute a formal contract with the State containing terms required by the Attorney General. • The State will ensure that minority business enterprises are afforded full opportunity to submit bids. • The bidder must comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act and the Wyoming Fair Employment Practices Act.
