Budget estimate

$50,000 – $80,000

Based on typical costs for 24,000 BTU ductless mini‑split units (≈ $2,500–$3,500 per unit) plus labor, electrical work, and system integration (≈ $2,000–$3,000 per unit), the total equipment cost is roughly $22,500–$31,500. Adding project management, supervision, and overhead brings the contract value to an estimated $50,000–$80,000. The range accounts for variations in local labor rates, possible additional wiring or control‑system programming, and the small‑business set‑aside pricing expectations.
