Academic Versions of Operational Software

The Iowa Association of Area Education Agencies (AEA Purchasing) is seeking vendors to provide academic‑licensed versions of major operational software (Microsoft, Adobe, Google Workspace for Education Plus, VMware, AutoCAD, etc.) to K‑12 public and non‑public schools and other eligible educational entities across Iowa. Vendors must submit pricing, product lists, and complete required worksheets; the awarded vendor will receive a statewide contract to sell the software at negotiated academic rates, pay a 2 % administrative fee on sales, and provide ongoing support, training, and reporting.
