Ford Global Fellowship Gathering – Jordan 2026

The Institute of International Education (IIE) seeks a local Jordanian implementation partner to manage all logistical elements of the Ford Global Fellowship “Gathering” in Amman, scheduled for mid‑November 2026. The collaborator will contract directly with a 4‑star hotel, provide ground and airport transportation (including accessible vehicles for three wheelchair users), staff the event, arrange medical on‑call support, handle built‑environment décor, procure interpretation services (Arabic/English, Arabic/Spanish, Arabic/Portuguese), coordinate photography and videography, secure local entertainment, manage printing/shipping of materials, and oversee all vendor payments and insurance. The contract runs from 30 March 2026 through 31 December 2026, with milestones tied to deliverables. • Ground transport, airport transfers, and accessible vehicles for ~150 participants. • Full‑service event management: hotel contracting, staffing, built‑environment set‑up, catering estimates, medical support, insurance, and vendor administration. • Specialized services: simultaneous interpretation (multiple language pairs), professional photography/videography, local entertainment, printing & local swag production. • Financial responsibilities include cost‑reimbursable budgeting, payment milestones (30/30/20/final), and a 10 % contingency line. • Evaluation emphasizes logistics plan quality, staffing cost realism, and overall price reasonableness.
