The US Air Force is seeking a contractor to provide Cloud Service Provider (CSP) credits for a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Blanket Purchase Agreement. The contractor must be able to provide CSP capabilities in regions designated for US Government only use and commercial, and must have the capability to host Impact Level 6 (IL6) based on the DoD Cloud Computing Security Requirements Guide (SRG). The contractor will be responsible for providing payment services (credits) on behalf of wholly government operated accounts and must be capable of providing a 24/7 real-time monitoring capability of credit usage. Some key points to consider are: • The contractor must be authorized to offer CSP capabilities in US Government only regions up to IL6. • The contractor must be able to provide credits that are valid for a period not to exceed 12 months. • The contractor must provide a Funds and Usage Expenditure report (CDRL A004) on a monthly basis. • The contractor must be able to provide payment services (credits) on behalf of wholly government operated accounts. • The contractor must be capable of providing a 24/7 real-time monitoring capability of credit usage.
