Portable Toilet BPA Hill AFB

The Department of the Air Force, Air Force Sustainment Center (AFMC) is seeking a contractor to provide portable toilet services, including rental, delivery, routine and emergency servicing, and removal of portable chemical toilets and sanitary wash stations at Hill AFB, UTTR, and other locations. The contract is for a 5-year period with a base year and four option years. The contractor will be required to provide services on an as-needed basis, with an estimated average monthly quantity of 35-40 permanent units and 2-5 additional units per month. The contractor will also be required to provide emergency response services within 24 hours. • Estimated annual service calls: 24-36 • Historical usage data for emergency response requests: 2-3 per year • Typical rental durations for standard task orders: daily or weekly needs • Estimated servicing frequency beyond standard weekly servicing requirements: 3-4 times annually • Expected service locations outside of Hill Air Force Base and UTTR: UTTR has needed units 2 times in the last 5 years • Any off-road, restricted-access, or remote delivery locations contractors should anticipate: multiple areas with dirt road/pad locations, but all are accessible by vehicle • Any Government-furnished staging or storage areas available for contractor use: outside storage area in O-3 lot (center of base) to stage on base • Base access procedures and credentialing requirements for contractor personnel and vehicles: will need to be able to get DBIDS, Line Badge, and Vindicator Card for gate access • Whether after-hours, weekend, or holiday support may be required: only in case of emergency, but still there is a 24hr response for any emergency calls.
