NATIONALLY RECOGNIZED STATISTICAL RATING ORGANIZATION CREDIT RESEARCH SUBSCRIPTION

The Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) is seeking a Nationally Recognized Statistical Rating Organization (NRSRO) to provide a credit research subscription. The subscription should include online access to commercially available off-the-shelf (COTS) credit research, analysis, and relevant data. The contractor will be required to provide a technical capability and approach, conformance with Information and Communication Technology (ICT) accessibility requirements, and a price quotation. The contract will be for a base period of 12 months with four one-year option years. • The contractor must provide a description of their research datasets, including their data dictionary or equivalent documentation. • The contractor must provide an Accessibility Conformance Report (ACR) for each commercially available Information and Communication Technology (ICT) item. • The contractor must submit a price quotation separate from the technical quotation. • The contractor must submit representations and certifications per FAR 52.212-3.
