Annual Fire Alarm Inspections, Repair, & Service

Rowan University seeks a single‑prime contractor to provide comprehensive fire‑alarm services for all of its campuses. The contractor will perform annual and quarterly inspections, on‑call repairs, emergency response within one hour, and supply estimates before any replacement. Work includes maintaining a dedicated on‑site technician, handling parts (OEM or authorized equivalents), and supporting any future building additions. • Annual/quarterly testing of fire‑alarm systems per NFPA 72 and state codes • 1‑hour emergency response and 24‑hour non‑emergency response • Repair, parts supply, and labor for all listed devices (manual pull stations, photo detectors, heat detectors, etc.) • Coverage of four campuses (Glassboro, Camden, Cooper Medical School, South Jersey Technical Park) with a one‑year initial term (renewable up to two additional years) • Required compliance with NJ prevailing‑wage rules, insurance, and extensive documentation.
