Conference Services (Meeting Space) - IHS 2025 National Cancer Prevention, Screening, and Care Conference

The Indian Health Service (IHS) is seeking a contractor to provide conference services, including meeting space, for the 2025 National Cancer Prevention, Screening, and Care Conference. The conference will be held in either Minneapolis, MN; Denver, CO; or Salt Lake City, UT, and is expected to have approximately 250 participants. The contractor will be responsible for providing a variety of services, including conference registration, website development, mobile app development, and onsite support. The contractor will also be responsible for organizing breakout rooms, providing audio-visual equipment, and coordinating with speakers. • The conference will include a pre-conference day, followed by a 2.5-day conference with breakout sessions and a grand conference room. • The contractor will be responsible for providing a draft agenda, coordinating with speakers, and maintaining a working agenda. • The contractor will also be responsible for providing conference materials, including attendee name badges, conference programs, and speaker name tents. • The contractor will be required to provide a mobile app solution that is seamlessly integrated with the conference website. • The contractor will be responsible for scheduling, recording, and providing post-meeting action plans to IHS.
