SOUTHERN NEVADA TRANSPORTATION RESILIENCE IMPROVEMENT PLAN

The Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada is seeking a consultant to develop a comprehensive Transportation Resilience Improvement Plan. The plan will consist of two primary deliverables: a Transportation Resilience Improvement Investment Plan and an Extreme Heat Response Plan. The project will encompass ten major tasks, including project management, context review, community engagement, data collection, and final product development. The consultant will be expected to provide a detailed work plan, staffing plan, and community engagement plan. • The project is expected to last 12-20 months. • The consultant will be required to provide a price proposal and federal conditions forms. • The project will be funded partially with federal funds. • The consultant will be expected to obtain the appropriate insurance and maintain it for the duration of the contract. • The consultant will be required to provide a certificate of insurance within 10 days of being notified of selection.
