Intent to Sole Source - Charter Communications Cable TV and Internet

The U.S. Army Mission and Installation Contracting Command intends to award a sole-source contract to Charter Communications Operating, LLC for commercial internet and cable TV services at Fort Knox, KY. The contract will be for a base year and one twelve-month option period, starting on September 30, 2025. The services required include commercial internet at 1 Gbps unlimited data speeds and commercial cable TV in the Maude Complex. The contractor must provide internet access to three separate demarcation points and cable TV services to twenty designated office locations. • The contract will be a firm-fixed price contract. • The contractor must be 889 compliant as per FAR Clause 52.204-25. • The contractor must provide commercial high-speed internet service to the specified locations. • The contractor must provide commercial cable TV services to the specified office locations.
