Homeland Security Institute (HSI) Seminar Services

The US Army is seeking proposals for Homeland Security Institute (HSI) Seminar Services, specifically the General and Flag Officers Homeland Security Executive Seminar (GFOS) and the Leadership in Homeland Security (LHS) Seminar. The contractor will provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to perform the seminar services. The seminars will be held over a period of 4 to 5 days, with a target of 10 case studies and 5 guest instructors. The contractor must be an accredited educational institute of higher learning, with established executive education courses or certificate programs in topics relevant to disaster planning, homeland security, emergency management, or crisis leadership. The contractor will also provide administrative and logistical support for the seminars. • The contractor must provide a detailed plan for the seminars, including course content, structure, and faculty qualifications. • The contractor must provide a plan for administrative and logistical support, including event planning, participant registration, notifications, and reporting. • The contractor must have experience in providing similar services, such as academic courses and case study development for senior government or civilian leadership. • The contractor must have a strong past performance record, with a focus on relevancy and success of previous contracts involving similar services.
