The Kentucky Horse Park is seeking a sponsor for its Visitor Map, which is distributed to guests in the Visitor Center and accessible online. The sponsorship is available for a period of one year, with two additional one-year periods available for renewal. The successful respondent will be required to provide a cash sponsorship of $7,500 per year. In return, the sponsor will receive various benefits, including marketing opportunities, facility signage, and access to the park's events and facilities. The sponsor will also be allowed to place brochures or other promotional materials in the Visitor Center and will receive social media posts on the park's official channels. • The Visitor Map is a four-color map that includes major landmarks, information about key areas within the park, horse information, and the schedule of events. • The map is printed annually for Spring/Summer and Winter Seasons, with a total estimated circulation of 50,000. • The sponsorship will provide the sponsor with exposure to local, national, and international visitors, particularly to an affluent equestrian audience. • The sponsor will be required to comply with applicable state laws, regulations, and procedures, and to provide evidence of financial stability. • The sponsor will be evaluated based on criteria such as financial structure, term, and financial stability.
