DEMA Emergency Management Instructor Training (M26-0011)

Arizona’s Department of Emergency and Military Affairs is seeking qualified firms to provide Emergency Management Training Facilitation Services. The contract will support the state’s emergency management training program by delivering instructor‑led courses, developing curriculum enhancements, and coordinating training for statewide preparedness partners. • Provide qualified instructors to conduct emergency‑management courses across the state. • Develop and update training materials to align with current best practices and DEMA/EM objectives. • Manage logistics, participant coordination, and post‑training evaluation for all sessions. • Offer supplemental support to DEMA staff, ensuring consistent delivery of high‑quality training. • Maintain records and reporting in accordance with state procurement requirements.
