49--28007 EBFD PP AUTOMATIC GREASING SYSTEM

The Bureau of Reclamation - Elephant Butte Field Division (EBFD) is seeking a contractor to furnish and install three new turbine wicket gate dual-line automatic greasing systems for the Elephant Butte Powerplant. The systems should have 110 greasing points per unit, with some points greasing on a weekly basis and the rest on a monthly basis. The contractor will be responsible for replacing lubrication points as necessary, providing a control system that meets design specifications, and ensuring the system is compatible with the existing grease. The installation will take place during the maintenance season (October 15 - February 15) and should not exceed 21 days per turbine unit. The contractor will also be required to provide a commissioning plan, operation and maintenance information, and warranty details. • The contract requires the contractor to work with EBFD staff to calibrate the greasing system for optimal performance. • The contractor must provide a list of supplied parts, installation plan, and warranty information. • The contractor must have experience with at least five wicket gate greasing system installations. • The installation must meet all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including safety and health standards.
