Six (6) Heated Sideline Benches with Sunshades for Athletics

The University of Iowa is seeking a supplier to provide six heated sideline benches with sunshades for athletics. The supplier will be required to provide a single point managerial-level contact for the university to coordinate all requirements, comply with all applicable federal and state laws, and possess and maintain all applicable licenses necessary to conduct business in the state of Iowa. The supplier will also be required to submit invoices to the university's accounts payable department and include the appropriate university purchase order on the face of each invoice submitted for payment. Some key points to consider: • The contract will begin on or about the date of agreement and remain in effect for up to 5 years. • The university may terminate the agreement for any reason within the first 30 days of the initial contract. • The supplier must provide a single point managerial-level contact for the university. • The supplier must comply with all applicable federal and state laws. • The supplier must possess and maintain all applicable licenses necessary to conduct business in the state of Iowa.
