Ice Melt

The School District of Springfield R-12 is seeking bids for the purchase of ice melt products. The contract period will be for one year, and prices and discounts shall remain firm for this period. The district is requesting bid pricing for granular ice melt, magnesium chloride and sodium chloride mix, 50 lb. poly-bagged. The estimated quantity is 400 bags. • The bidder must provide a price for the item, including any applicable discounts. • The bidder must specify the manufacturer and model number of the product. • The bidder must provide a delivery schedule, with a maximum delivery time of seven calendar days after receipt of a properly executed order. • The bidder must comply with all federal, state, and local regulations regarding product labeling, packaging, and safety. • The bidder must provide a Substitute W-9 Plus form, which can be found on the district's website.
