Wrestling Mats

Iowa State University of Science and Technology (ISU) is soliciting quotes for wrestling mats. The university is looking for qualified contractors to provide the goods and/or services described in the RFQ document. The contractor must submit all questions related to the bid opportunity through the "Questions" tab. A mandatory site visit is scheduled for July 23rd, 2026, at 2:00 PM CST. The contractor must confirm their attendance to the site visit by emailing [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected]). The university reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and may request additional documents or proposal clarifications after the due date. Key points to consider: • The contractor must read the RFQ documents in their entirety and comply with the requirements. • The contractor must identify all parties involved in the performance of the contract. • The contractor must clearly state any exceptions to or deviations from the RFQ documents. • The university may investigate the ability of the contractor to provide the expected goods or services. • The university shall grant preferences to products and provisions grown and coal produced within the State of Iowa, unless an item is being procured with federal funds or granting the preference would violate applicable law.
