Description
The City of Laguna Niguel seeks a qualified firm to provide full‑service street banner installation, removal, cleaning, repair, storage, and fabrication across the entire city for a multi‑year term. The contractor will handle three seasonal installation cycles, maintain “Windspill” hardware, and ensure compliance with traffic‑control, environmental, and labor regulations.
• Install, remove, and store approximately 712 banners of various sizes (30×60, 30×72, 24×96 in).
• Provide monthly inspections, hardware maintenance, and two‑year warranty on fabricated banners and hardware.
• Must possess or preferably hold a D‑42 Sign Installation License, have ≥ 5 years of similar municipal sign work, and meet extensive insurance, prevailing‑wage, and background‑check requirements.
