SOURCES SOUGHT notice - Large format latex printer/cutter with white latex capability for the USDA, ARS, NCAH in Ames, IA

The USDA, ARS, NCAH is seeking information from qualified contractors to determine the availability and capability of potential businesses offering a domestically sourced large format latex printer/cutter with white latex capability. The equipment must meet certain requirements, including 64” wide prints, white latex ink capabilities, odorless water-based inks, and a one-year warranty for hardware. The contractor will be responsible for installation and initial set-up, as well as coordinating warranty visits with Visual Services personnel. • The equipment will be used to produce high-quality, interior/exterior vinyl signs and graphic decals for various surfaces. • The contractor must provide a Capabilities Statement, which should include information about their experience and expertise in relation to the areas specified in the notice. • The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to submitting responses. • The Government does not intend to pay for any information provided under this notice.
