RFP-18048 Contingent Staffing Recruitment Services

Parkland Health is seeking a qualified staffing firm to provide permanent‑placement recruitment services for non‑clinical positions (allied health, IT, supply‑chain, administrative, etc.) across its Dallas‑area facilities. The award will be an IDIQ contract with a three‑year base term and two optional one‑year extensions. The contractor will submit a percentage‑of‑salary placement fee (to be proposed) and must comply with extensive Texas‑specific certifications, M/WBE participation goals (25 % of dollars), COVID‑19 vaccination requirements, and mandatory vendor credentialing in Symplr.
