The State of North Carolina, Department of Administration, State Property Office – Leasing Section, is seeking proposals for the lease of 539 acres of farmland located at West Side State Road 1108 and the South Side of State Road 1125, in Northampton County, NC. The lease term will be for five years, and the land will be used exclusively for agricultural purposes. The proposal must include a certified or cashier’s check, or other certified funds, representing a deposit equal to five percent (5%) of the first year’s rent.
