F-35 Joint Strike Fighter Joint Program Office Security Services

The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) at Patuxent River, MD intends to issue a solicitation for security support services for the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter (JSF) Joint Program Office (JPO). The contractor will provide advice and services regarding programmatic security measures, including the management and control of controlled unclassified information (CUI), special access program (SAP) information, and other sensitive information. The security support services will encompass multiple security disciplines, including General Security, Industrial Security, Information Security, Personnel Security, and Physical Security. • The contractor will be responsible for a full range of services as outlined in the Draft PWS, Attachment 1. • The Government intends to award a single award, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract with a five-year ordering period. • The contract will allow for Firm-Fixed Price orders with some Cost CLINs. • The solicitation is competed on a Full and Open, Unrestricted basis.
