DLA Columbus, Ohio Solid Waste Removal

The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) is seeking a contractor to provide solid waste removal services at the DLA Columbus, Ohio location. The contractor will be responsible for delivering roll-off boxes, removing full boxes, disposing of the material, and replacing the roll-off boxes. The contract will be a Firm Fixed Priced, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a 12-month base period and four 12-month option periods. The total contract length shall not exceed five years. • The contractor must provide the applicable CAGE code and Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) number with their bid submission. • The contractor must comply with the Service Contract Act and provide employees with paid sick leave, holidays, and vacation time as required by law. • The contractor must also comply with the Fair Labor Standards Act and provide employees with a minimum wage of $13.65 per hour, or the applicable wage rate listed on the wage determination, if it is higher. • The contractor will be required to submit a price schedule and technical submittal as part of their bid. • The contractor will be evaluated based on their quoted price and technical acceptability of performance.
