D.C. Metro Area Multiple Award Indefinite Quantity Indefinite Delivery (IDIQ) Contract for Construction Services

The General Services Administration (GSA) will issue a multiple‑award IDIQ contract for general construction services across the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area (DC, Northern Virginia, and Montgomery/Prince George’s Counties in Maryland). The contract will cover a broad range of construction, repair, alteration, and modernization tasks for federal facilities, including design‑build, DBB, and D/B delivery methods. Up to 18 contractors will be awarded a base year with four one‑year options (maximum five‑year performance).
