Architect & Engineering Services, Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award (A&E) Contracts needed for new construction, renovation, alteration and repairs required by Federal Prison Industries (FPI)

The Department of Justice’s Federal Prison Industries (FPI/UNICOR) is issuing an IDIQ Architect‑Engineer (A&E) contract to provide design, engineering, and construction‑related services for new construction, renovation, alteration, and repairs of correctional facilities. The contract will be awarded on a multiple‑award basis; each awardee will compete for task orders under the IDIQ. The base period is one (1) year from the Effective Date of Award (EDOA) with up to four (4) one‑year option periods (total potential performance of up to five years) and a possible six‑month extension. Offerors must submit a Qualifications‑Based Selection (QBS) package demonstrating professional qualifications, specialized correctional‑facility experience, capacity, past performance, technical approach, and geographic knowledge.
