Eagle Institute Relocation

The US Air Force is seeking a contractor to relocate the Eagle Institute from an off-base facility in Montgomery, AL to an on-base facility at Maxwell AFB, AL. The relocation involves moving approximately 6000 Sq Ft of leased space across nine rooms on two floors and two storage areas. The contractor will be responsible for relocating all Government Furnished Property and Government Furnished Equipment. The period of performance is from 14 August 2026 to 14 September 2026. Key requirements include: • Providing a detailed technical solution that demonstrates the ability to meet all requirements outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) • Proposing a realistic completion date for the requirement identified in the RFQ • Submitting unit prices and extended prices in the Schedule of Supplies/Services • Registering and being active in the System for Award Management (SAM) at the time of quote submission • Completing Section 889 Compliance, unless these representations have already been completed in SAM.gov and remain current
