The Medford Irrigation District (MID) is seeking proposals for professional engineering, design, construction‑management, and/or construction services to relocate its irrigation facilities that conflict with ODOT’s Griffin Creek Bridge improvement on OR‑238. The selected firm must develop a relocation plan that satisfies ODOT and FHWA reimbursement requirements, prepare cost estimates, obtain necessary permits, and potentially manage the construction of the relocation while preserving eligibility for full reimbursement. • Provide engineering design and detailed relocation plans compliant with ODOT Utility Relocation Manual and 23 CFR 645. • Produce a cost‑estimate in ODOT‑required format and support documentation for federal‑aid reimbursement. • May act as construction manager or perform construction, adhering to Buy‑America requirements for permanently incorporated steel/iron. • Must coordinate with ODOT utility liaison, submit required certifications, and retain records for audit purposes.
